Douglas C Wilson, CGC

President

Doug Wilson has 45 years experience in the construction industry.  This experience includes more than 700 completed contracts.  Doug espouses to a “hands-on” management style where you will often find him on the jobsite checking each aspect of a project from start to finish.

In each project, Doug establishes team relationships and initiates construction manager’s service to the project.  Administers project progress throughout program duration and controls project cost and schedule.  He meets with team members weekly to discuss critical project objectives.

Thomas J. Parker

Vice President

Upon completion of his degree from the University of Florida in 1992 Mr. Parker returned home to Brevard County where he has spent 19 years in the commercial construction industry. He has specialized in developing strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Mr. Parker has managed a wide range of construction projects from small interior tenant renovations, multi family high rise, retail developments, hotel renovation and construction, church construction, new and remodeling, government facilities, and health care facilities.  This experience  has enabled Mr. Parker to be ready to handle any of Doug Wilson Enterprises project management needs

Responsible for all aspects of construction management includes, but not limited to marketing, estimating, permitting, project management, quality control, cost control and close-out.  Established relationships with Architects, Engineers, Owners and Subcontractors to insure successful projects.

Conrad Wilson

Project Manager

Conrad Wilson is one of Doug Wilson Enterprises, Inc leading superintendents. Fulfilling the role of both supervisor and project manager, Conrad has been able to bring tremendous depth to every project he has been involved with. With twenty years of hands on experience, Conrad Wilson has shown himself to be a versatile addition to any construction team. His extensive knowledge of healthcare related construction and knowledge of facilities operations have made Conrad our primary field superintendent for hospital construction, renovation, and build out. Conrad Wilson’s recent completion of the 5^th floor addition to Wuesthoff Health Systems Hospital in Rockledge, Florida has solidified his position as a leading superintendent in Brevard County construction.
